About me
At Oradawe, I'm responsible for making sure that working in the office is just plain good for everyone. I don't believe in rigid corporate rules. Instead, I make sure that every company – from a one-man start-up to a 10-person developer team – has everything they need for efficient work.
Over the last 4 years in the commercial real estate industry, I learned one thing: tenants need flexibility. If a team grows from 3 to 7 people in two months, we must react immediately, not wait a month for an annex to be signed. That's my approach – concrete and without unnecessary formalities.
How do I help our tenants?
On a daily basis, I deal mainly with two areas. The first is efficiently solving current issues – from configuring internet access, to ordering couriers, to helping organize client meetings. The second is building community. Once a month, I organize shared breakfasts where Wroclaw companies can exchange experiences without sales pressure.
A Community Lead's job is constant listening for me. If I hear from a tenant that the coffee is bad, we change the supplier in 3 days. It sounds like a detail, but in daily work, these small things build the comfort of the entire team. I always try to be available, so if you're looking for a place where your office scales with your team, reach out to me directly.
Privately, after work at Jaworska, you'll most often find me walking in the park or with a book. If you have questions about available footage, it's best to check availability in our system or simply send me an email.
