These terms and conditions define the rules for using the Oradawe website and the rules for renting modular office spaces for IT teams and start-ups. By using our website and contacting us for a booking, the user accepts the terms presented in this document. Our goal is to ensure clear and understandable rules without unnecessary formalities.

The user undertakes to provide true data while filling out contact forms. Any inquiries sent via the website are treated as invitations to negotiate, not as ready commercial offers within the meaning of the law. We make every effort to ensure that information about available modules and prices is current, however, we reserve the right to verify them during direct contact.

Oradawe is not responsible for interruptions in website operation resulting from technical causes independent of us. The user undertakes not to take actions that could disrupt the service's functioning or violate the security of information gathered therein. We operate in good faith and expect the same from our clients.

At Oradawe, we offer a flexible modular rental model that is adapted to the needs of dynamically developing companies. The base rental period for every space is 30 days. Contracts are concluded in written form, which guarantees full transaction security for both parties. Each module is handed over in a ready-to-work state, with access to necessary technical infrastructure and shared parts.

The possibility of scaling square footage is a key element of our offer. In the event of team growth, the tenant may submit a request to add additional office modules. We try to execute such changes within 7 business days, depending on current space availability at our location at ul. Jaworska. Detailed billing rules for additional square meters are determined in each case in a contract annex.

Rental fees are payable within the deadlines specified in the individual rental contract. Quotes prepared by our team are illustrative and valid for the time indicated in the sent correspondence. We ensure that every service we provide is delivered on time, without corporate speak or unclear clauses that could hinder your team's daily work.

As the property owner, Oradawe takes care of the proper technical condition of all available office modules and shared parts. The tenant is obliged to take care of the provided property and follow safety rules applicable in the building at ul. Jaworska. For any damages resulting from the user's fault during space usage, the tenant bears responsibility.

Any disputes that may arise from the execution of the rental contract will be resolved through amicable negotiations. Our priority is building lasting relationships with companies from the technology industry, which is why we focus on direct communication and quick problem-solving at an early stage. If a case needs to be referred to court, the competent court will be the one appropriate for the company's headquarters.

We reserve the right to change the provisions of these terms and conditions in the event of changes in the law or the facility's operating model. We will inform our clients about any significant changes with appropriate advance notice. Our overriding goal remains ensuring comfortable working conditions that allow IT teams to focus on delivering high-quality projects.
